It may be mid September, but with the temps soaring to a record high near 99 degrees today, it's a stellar time to cook out and not heat up the house unnecessarily!   Keep the hot where it's welcome... hot n spicy... hot off the grill!  We had a chance to try em out and they were a huge hit.   We adore giardiniera and these new brats are hot!
