Sure, orchards bring to mind apples at this time of year. But Farmers' Markets also have a bountiful harvest of other fresh fruits and veggies. We try to think globally, but eat locally. Here's Sagezilla enjoying some Illinois watermelon at Richardson's Farm, home of the world's largest corn maze. She's looking like fall in Halloween hair bows and a spooky bat covered shirt that says "What are little girls made of? Full moons, fangs and Betty bangs".
However, she's enjoying that sweet melon taste that says summers not leaving without a fight.
